Alleges that the Surrender of IR 80A in 1918 is invalid, because the reserve was set aside for multiple bands, is not eligible for surrender and does not meet mandatory requirements for surrender under the Indian Act, including questionable affidavits supporting the surrender, no evidence of meetings held to discuss the surrender with interested Bands, and misrepresentation of surrender documens by Indian Agents to FNs.
