Private Lots
First Nation alleges that when the reserve was created in 1973, DIAND promised that Canada would acquire twenty privately owned lots and Canada would add those lots to reserve. From 1974 to 1976, Canada acquired nine lots, but the First Nation alleges that no further action has been taken to acquire the remaining eleven lots. FN's request to have special sites preserved solely for FN use, at the time of reserve creation, was ignored.

Treaty Land Entitlement
Allege that the Crown failed to set aside the full land entitlement and as the land entitlement has not been satisfied, the Treaty Land Entitlement should be based on current population. Also allege that an additional area of 200 sq. miles would be allotted to the FN; certain traditional sites would be included in these lands.
